Tianyu Machinery (Shandong Tianyu Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.) has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of its self-developed HZSY75 mobile concrete batching plant at an overseas project site. The plant is now officially in operation, supporting local key infrastructure development.This milestone marks a solid step forward in Tianyu Machinery’s global expansion and international market presence.

As a flagship model developed by Tianyu Machinery for overseas markets, the HZSY75 mobile concrete batching plant delivers a theoretical output of 75 m³/h. It is equipped with a JS1500 twin-shaft forced mixer, featuring short mixing cycles, rapid discharge, homogeneous blending, and high productivity. Designed with a semi-trailer configuration, the unit incorporates an integrated running gear and a standard kingpin for easy site-to-site relocation. Upon arrival, it can be set up and ready for operation within just a few hours. The mixer requires no manual cleaning, with material build-up effectively prevented on both the mixing shafts and the cover. The concrete discharge hopper employs wear-resistant technology for extended service life, significantly outperforming previous designs in durability. Advanced PLC controls enable precise, user-friendly production management. With its compact footprint, high level of automation, and exceptional mobility, the HZSY75 is ideally suited for a wide range of infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, ports, airports, and hydropower works, particularly where construction sites are frequently relocated.
